Dashboard and Transaction Report Guide

The Quickteller Business (QTB) platform provides merchants with an intuitive reporting tool that can be used by merchants to understand their business trends and make business decisions. The reporting tool on QTB is divided into several modules and is designed to cater for merchant’s business and reconciliation needs.

Dashboard

The dashboard provides a summarize view of merchants’ transactions and can be used to infer at a glance. The merchant can monitor payment received, transaction channels, success rate and trends from the dashboard.

Transaction Value: This is the total payment amount in Naira that has been successfully processed during the selected time period.

Transaction Volume: This is the total count of transactions that has been successfully processed during the selected time period.

Transaction Success Rate: This is the percentage of successful transactions against all initiated transaction in a period

Transaction by Channel: This shows the transaction distribution by the various payment channels used by the merchants.


Transactions

The transactions module records all attempted payments on the gateway. Including their status and payment details such as amount, payment reference, RRN, STAN, and so on. The merchant can also choose to show more columns such as the bank mane and masked pan to provide more details on the transaction.

Merchants can toggle between their Web transactions and POS transactions, filter based on several parameters such as date, bank, transaction status, RRN, customer ID, STAN and currency. A merchant can also select a particular transaction to view in details and show transaction movement, current stage or initiate a refund to the customer.

Merchants can also export data to csv for further analysis offline.
