KIMONO And USBDriver APK Installation

1. Extract the two folders (USBDriver_v2.44_20231025 and TerminalInterface (1).exe). Ensure the folders are placed in a location that is easy to find (e.g., your desktop).

2. The extracted folders should look like these.

3. Open the USB folder and double click the USBDriver application file.

4. Click the “one-click install” button to start the installation process and the “finish” button to exit from the page.

5. Search for “device manager” in your system’s search bar and open it. Expand the Ports (COM & LPT)" section. Note the COM port number that corresponds to your connected device.

6. Go back to the second extracted folder “terminalinterface64bit (1).exe folder, click on the highlighted application file.

A command-prompt-like interface will briefly appear, indicating that the executable file is running in the background. The interface will close itself after about one minute.

7. After the interface closes, additional files will be generated in the TerminalInterface (1).exe folder. Check that these files have appeared.

8. Search for “services” on your system to confirm the status of the kimono executable file.
